Cancellation Policy
Please keep in mind cancellations with less than 48 hours notice will be charged 50% of service value. Cancellations less then 6 hours notice or no-show / no-call appointment will be charge 100% of service value.
A deposit is required to book your book appointment, it goes towards the cost of your treatment the remaining balance is due at the time of service.
Also keep in mind deposits are non-refundable.
Please NO EXTRA GUESTS / CHILDREN
If you’ll be more than 15 min late, cancellation fee will be applied, keep in mind anything over 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled.
Por favor ten encuenta que cualquier cancelaciones con menos de 48 horas de anticipacion se les cobrara el 50% del valor del servicio. Cancelaciones con menos de 6 horas de anticipation o que no se presenten / no-llamar me se le cobrara el 100% del valor del servicio.

15 minutos de retraso, se les cobrara una tarifa de cancelacion, 20 minutos de retraso su cita se cancelara.
